Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 12 Results 2024
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the state board Class 12 or Intermediate results on March 23. This year, the students appeared to have performed exceptionally well. Also, the pass rate has been recorded at 87.21 per cent in 2024, which is higher than previous years.
This year, a total of 11,26,439 candidates passed the BSEB inter (Class 12) exam. In the Arts stream, 86.15 per cent passed the board exam, 94.88 per cent in the Commerce stream, and 87.80 per cent in the Science stream.
Surprisingly, a student from Kahalgaon town of Bhagalpur district was also included in Bihar’s top ten list among the many outstanding candidates. Anushka Kumari secured 5th rank in the BSEB Class 12 examination. She scored 474 marks out of 500 which is 94.80 per cent in Science.
Anushka Kumari expressed her satisfaction to Local18, claiming that she is pleased with her results and her hard work has paid off. Anushka finished her Class 10 at a private school and her 12th at SSV College in Kahalgaon, Bihar. She further acknowledges her professors for their encouragement and assistance in achieving success.
Anushka wishes to be a scientist or work in the field of science. She also added that students who did not pass the exam should not be discouraged and instead try harder. “I used to spend four hours coaching and four hours self-studying,” she told Local18. Anushka explained that there was no time constraint for self-study; whenever she was free, she used to study.
Meanwhile, Anushka’s father, Niranjan Kumar, a small shopkeeper, told Local18 that his daughter has always been interested in studies. She also achieved 96 per cent in the Bihar Class 10 exam. “Parents should never put pressure on their children. As a result, children lose motivation and are unable to fulfil their goals. In addition, children should be encouraged in areas where he or she excels,” Niranjan Kumar said.
